But let me just say that we also need down to tear down the cyber walls that China is erecting, that Russia is erecting. We need to be very well aware of the fact that China and Russia are using technology to attack us just as ISIS is using technology to recruit those who would murder American citizens. I do not believe that we need to wholesale destroy every American citizen's privacy in order to go after those that we know are suspect or are already a problem.”

As the national honorary chair of VA250 and chair of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, she has delivered keynote addresses at events such as the Fincastle Resolutions 250th Anniversary in January 2025ikuha and the "A Common Cause To All" gathering in November 2024. In these remarks, Fiorina argued that Americans are a "divided, anxious nation" who no longer know "why we are a nation" and stated that the semiquincentennial is an opportunity to "unite Americans in a shared understanding of who we are." She has also appeared on CNBC's "Squawk Box" to discuss CEO confidence and the semiquincentennial, stating that "uncertainty is beginning to weigh" on business leaders and that "business doesn't like uncertainty."
