“I think that it was a hard dynamic having a manager that everything I said and every idea I came up with was told no just no no response no reason why. I found someone there I decided I need an ally here I need someone who believes in the HR I believe and that's genuinely taking care of people so I found a woman there she was VP of another division and I admired her and I respected her and so I kind of just asked her hey can you be my mentor can I bounce things off of you and she became that.”
