During the tour, Tubman discussed the company's increased focus on customization, stating that Newmar has "cranked up our customization for folks inside, outside, and even floor planning." He described the company's approach as being a "yes guy" when it comes to customer requests, adding, "if we can't do exactly what's asked, how close can we get to it?"
