“Many have asked me whether a PHEV or BEV is better. A lot of PHEV owners thought they would use electric mode within the city and switch to the petrol engine for long distance drives. If they use the PHEV as a BEV they would find themselves charging two to three times per week taking more time. If they opted for the hybrid mode they would incur higher fuel costs.”
