“There's some risk to um just labor disruption. there's risks to ensuring that the technology is developed safely that it's good for people and I think anthropic's job or what we try to do is really think about how to balance these two things in equal measure we have this internal uh cultural value called hold light and shade and I think that it is such a good encapsulation of you know what we see about how the technology is being leveraged today um and and also just our approach to putting the technology out into the world.”
