Warren Foust, who was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Staar Surgical in 2023, discussed the company's growth and strategy on the OIS Podcast in September 2023. He stated that the company is experiencing double-digit growth in every market and described the company's values as including "empowerment of our people, driving a fast sense of execution, and fun." Foust noted that Staar Surgical handles its direct-to-consumer advertising in-house, citing a campaign with Nick Jonas and a subsequent partnership with all three Jonas Brothers to support their tour.
