“When I change the brokerage business and it's hard but this is a commercial brokerage now this is not Residential Brokerage. When I was looking at the commercial it made no sense what was going on. People didn't have understandings of pricing they didn't understand what it was where the market was like and so I introduced those Concepts but I was not going anywhere they were all accustomed to the old way of doing it.”
