Tamara de Gruyter joined Wärtsilä 22 years ago and has held various management positions during her career in the company. After having managed the factory and later the field service operations of Wärtsilä Netherlands she moved to Asia to strengthen Wärtsilä´s operations in China as Managing director of the joint ventures Wärtsilä CME Zhenjiang Propeller Company Ltd and Wärtsilä Qiyao Diesel Company Ltd.
