You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you can either: (1) sign-in by pressing the blue "Start App" button and then press the "My Membership ✅" link at the top right or (2) directly click here if you are already a paid member and currently signed in to directly cancel your membership on stripe.
After signing in using your Stripe email you used to originally subscribe to our product. Press the "Cancel Plan" button on the right side of the Stripe page. Note that your recurring payment must be cancelled before the automatic rebill date at the end of the month to avoid payment. We don't issue refunds.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made once you cancel your subscription, but you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
All payments made to CEOInterviews.AI are non-refundable. This includes the initial subscription fee and all subsequent monthly payments. We do not offer refunds on payments already made, regardless of usage or subscription duration.
We automatically rebill on a monthly basis for the Pro Tier UI product. For the API product, Lucas our Founder will discuss terms with you over a video call.
If you wish to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, or vice versa, you can do so by visiting your subscriber portal by clicking here. When switching from monthly to yearly, you will receive an $80 discount on your annual subscription.
