[REUPLOADING] The Danish biotech industry has so much to offer! We visited the city Hørsholm in Denmark to find Chr. Hansen. Cees de Jong, president and CEO, gave us a deep insight of the history of the company. Chr Hansen has two main industry areas. The company has developed a strong supplier of culture enzymes for the dairy industry. One in every two cheeses in the world has an ingredient from Chr Hansen (that's a lot).
