Oh, merci. Oh, la, la! Thank you so much! You must be hot! Oh, oui, oui, oui. Oh, la, la! Hello, I'm Loïc Prigent and this is Dior Spring Summer 2027 Ready-to-Wear. Don't forget to subscribe! September 29, 2026. We are at the Tuileries in Paris. A bush has sprouted in the middle of the pool and morning mist. One expects Jane Austen to appear.
How are you, Mr Prigent? Bonjour. Six months ago was the water lilies here. So now this is more my vibe, the fog.
The set design is by Bureau Betak reusing the seats from last July's Dior men's show and the walkway structure from last February.
I saw this picture from the 20s of these trees in fog in the morning. When you look at when Richter would do a painting and then blur it, and you get this idea of something diffused ultimately. For me, there's something kind of like what comes out of the fog.
Coucou Rosalía! As is tradition for major shows, the mayor of Paris, Emmanuel Grégoire, is in attendance. It's very important for the Mayor of Paris to come support major fashion houses but also the young creators who start at Fashion Week for an event which has global impact. I'm very proud to be here at the side of these big houses. It's also my place to be here at the places that make Paris shine. Ling Ling and Orm, Greta Lee arrives. Anya Taylor-Joy is blondissime. Olympic legend Eileen Gu, French cinema is in the house with Camille Cottin and Louis Garrel. The sexist man in France. Ejae, Mia Goth, Mina Kavani, a quick wave from Li Yunrui. Justin Vivian Bond, Coucou Alexa Chung! Salut! I'm in a drama. I've lost my camera. You've lost your camera? Yeah, I put it here, but... Cynthia Erivo, Alison Oliver, Owen Painter, Karlie Kloss in full Dior of the season. Pharrell Williams and his better half, Helen Lasichanh.
May I ask you, what's your take on Jonathan Anderson's work at Dior? It's been one year now. He's got his rhythm, and everyone should be aware.
Blackpink star Jisoo offers comfort to Héloïse Agostinelli, the daughter of Mathilde Favier, Dior's celebrity relations director, who passed away this summer. The collection is actually dedicated to Mathilde Favier's memory.
Thank you for all the words. All the words and everything. You're so beautiful! I love you. I love you! And mom loves you so much. You okay? I miss her a lot. Yeah. Me too. This is my dad. Mom's daughter from Korea. My father, my grandfather, was a war hero. War hero in Korea. You're so beautiful. Oh. I'm sorry, you're crying. I keep on crying. Don't worry. She's crying.
Kate Van Berne opens the show. It's her worldwide exclusive debut. When Jonathan Anderson first saw her, she instantly crystallized his vision for this collection. It was a joy to meet her backstage while she was undergoing the ultimate high-intensity fashion week pedicure. What is your walk today? Like I'm cheating on you with your boyfriends. Ah, so it's the angry Kate on the runway! And focus. And focus. I love it. J'kiffe!
Once we had worked out this, everything kind of fell into place. And that's why I quite like that we start and we end like this, because it sort of reminds you that this woman is the same woman, and that she can operate within this framework.
Ooh, that first look is very me. Also, the silver snakeskin pants. Maybe the gold, the copper one with the blue top. And then I'm very into those knitted, very short dresses. The collection's theme is lightness, garments as weightless, as a mist drifting across the surface of the octagonal pool.
It's the full year cycle of being at Dior, so this is now going back to when I did the first show. And I was trying to think of consolidation or reduction on things that we had learned throughout the year. And, you know, trying to think of how to finesse things or how to kind of find a vocabulary ultimately.
Lace is prominently featured. There's a lot of lace, right? Lots of lace.
For example, this jacket here is where we've taken multiple layers of lace, needle punched the lace onto a classic suiting, and by building up layers, you create this sponginess.
And what about your bags?
