What do you make of these Epstein files and the fact that now, I guess, they're coming public with some caveats and the witch hunt aspect of it and all that? I'm just curious.
Um, you know, listen, it's a horrific thing. Okay, when you go through the victims' testimonies and when you go through the actual cases and the Ghislaine Maxwell conviction and you go through the earlier conviction, you know, 2008 of Jeff Epstein and then the subsequent accusations and the imprisonment of Jeff Epstein, this is an absolutely horrific thing.
Um, is Donald Trump himself implicated? I think it's very fair to say, and it's inside of the facts of the story, that he had a relationship with Jeff Epstein. Many of these billionaire socialites in the '80s and '90s did. So, you have to acknowledge that. Did Trump trip over the line into nefarious behavior? I think there's absolutely no smoking gun on that. And so, to accuse him of that, I think, is a bridge too far. Uh, but unless you're telling me there is that information that's going to come out, and I predicted there won't be, uh, I don't see this harming the president.
I think I said this on my own podcast. I think the president has been off his game on the Epstein thing. And just hear me out for a second, because he was on his back foot trying to contain the information. Now, maybe that was to protect some of his donors. Maybe that was to protect some of the people that he's close to. I don't know. But it wasn't protecting him. You know, his best move was the move that he pulled on Sunday, and I said this 10 days prior. I said if the president, knowing him the way I know him, if he was on his game, he would tell the Congress, release the goddamn Epstein files. Because then he could go to his people and say, 'I'm not in the file. I just said to release it.' You see what I mean? So, I think him holding it back makes people think, 'Well, if he's holding it back, he must be hiding something.' So, we'll have to see how it unfolds, but you asked me a straight-up question, I'll give you a straight-up answer. I do not think that this is going to be super harmful to the president.
I do think, however, though, and people should be aware of this, that he's going to lame duck in 12 months. And so, we can send out Trump 2028 hats, we can send out four more year hats. Steve Bannon can come on your show or other shows and say that he's going to be the president in 2028. He will not be the president in 2028.
Uh, Bannon's wrong about a lot of things, you know. I think he's like the worst person I've ever met. I would love to have a show where it was you, me, and Bannon on the show together, okay? He won't, of course, do that, because he knows I know him and I know all of his moves, okay?

I know him back in the day and I know his moves and I know his whole white national supremacy nonsense. And by the way, I also know the president's pissed at him. Because remember, I still talk to a lot of MAGA people and the president doesn't like the undue attention that uh Bannon is putting on himself by saying all this nonsense. Now, Trump likes to do three things, Brian. Don't ever forget this about Trump. He wants your attention, that's numero uno. He wants to make a little bit of money for himself, okay? And he wants to troll and trigger his haters. Those are the three things that Trump likes to do.

So, you know, yes, telling people Trump 28 and putting the hat in front of Hakeem Jeffries or Chuck Schumer, it's A+ trolling, okay? But, he's not running in 2028.
