Venezuela's military power, which has been thoroughly tested and stands strong, thriving, advancing, prepared, and ready 24 hours a day to guarantee the permanent triumph of territorial integrity, of peace, and of sovereignty by historical right, by natural right, and by international law.
It always falls to me to lead with good judgment, balance, and perspective. Our glorious Bolivarian National Armed Force every December 20 28th as this is public for the consolidation of popular power. Our homeland was founded as a bastion of anti-imperialism and anti-colonialism. We didn't ask anyone for permission to be the people we once were. Nor will we ever ask for permission from anyone to do what we are obligated to do. We are a military of the very highest strategic level because our military personnel possess a truly glorious history as emancipating humanist and truly invincible warriors. They are not imperialist soldiers. They are not the kind of soldiers who go out to bomb villages to kill people to steal their wealth. Our soldiers are emancipators, liberators, both men and women of this land and of all America.
That is a crime. The future when a revolution is underway. These are the dreams of the past. Venezuela has been under threat from Goliath for 27 weeks now. And for 27 weeks, our military force has been strategically deployed with intelligence, wisdom, and immense patience, learning many crucial things on the ground through intelligence and with profound wisdom. By the year 2025, the power of the Venezuelan nation will have been firmly consolidated. It has been consolidated not within the pages of a book nor in a theory nor merely in a discourse. It has been firmly established on the ground. The popular power now greatly expanded and becoming ever stronger and more consolidated. The economic power also, Vargas municipality right here to the left. I wish you in the name of Almighty God with the blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ a happy year filled with family harmony and peace which the military family of Venezuela truly deserves. 2026. Members of Congress and senators from the United States contacted me and I personally had a conversation with them. It is absolutely impossible to believe that powerful sectors within the United States could ever fabricate a completely virtual reality and they would impose upon the Venezuelan slave like domination to steal their valuable natural resources. That is absolutely impossible. Let it be recorded because on a day like today or rather around this very day and now we have the new version of Guyaido who is known in Venezuela as Laona, a woman with extremist views, a truly hysterical mind named Maria Machado. They always bet on extremism. So tell Vice President comrade Ricardo Menende that if in the United States someday someone gets the idea on the basis of respect to engage in dialogue and overcome failed projects that have lasted for more than 25 years here, there will always be a president who represents their people ready to extend a hand and seek paths of peace, cooperation, and prosperity. It had to be said and it was said. Congressman so and so and senator so and so are inviting you for this particular date to United States medius press. Listen to me. Social communicators of the United States who write so much about Venezuela yet don't truly know Venezuela. Huh? There is a strong leadership there. The southern state is the most populated state where there is immense oil, gas and petrochemical wealth and where they produce food consistently and of excellent quality in the south of the lake.
I can't even begin to express it, Dazado. I can't even begin to express it from the taxpayers. 10 billion. And I'm being conservative. And let someone in the US press contradict me. Let them contradict me. Contradict me then. They have stolen 10 billion and I'm being conservative. Diosdad says 50 billion. As for Enrique Capriles Radonski, I'm not saying it. What they're trying to do is permanently run a campaign. Oh, Maduro, always Maduro. And so they have made me famous. If you were to show a photograph of Maduro in any part of the world, people would immediately exclaim Maduro. Maduro, very good, very good. You have John Rex Tillerson, John Kelly, and then Mike Pompeo. But it's not actually Maduro that they are truly interested in. It is the oil that they desperately want. It's not Maduro. It's the gold, the rare earth minerals. It's not Maduro. It's the natural resources of the country. So they claim that Maduro, they can't say Maduro possesses weapons of mass destruction. Nobody would believe them even if they said it a thousand times. Okay? They cannot say of Maduro that he possesses biological or chemical weapons. They cannot say of Maduro that he is constructing a nuclear bomb. Can they actually say that? No. So they just keep repeating four or five lies permanently. Oh, it's Maduro. It's Maduro. It's not just Maduro. It's a republic. It's a truly glorious history.
