Terry Williams, a retired Marine Corps brigadier general and former founder of Van Williams LLC, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Fixed Assets at PenFed Credit Union and Program Director at the PenFed Foundation. In a September 2025 podcast appearance, he discussed the foundation's Veteran Entrepreneur Program, stating that interested veterans can apply to the program or contact him at [email protected].
