Good morning, eXp! Welcome to day two at Salt Lake City eXpCon 2026. And before we talk about where we're going, I want to remind you where we started. eXp didn't start off as a real estate office. We didn't hang our shingle. We built the first cloud-based brokerage in the world, and we gave agents stock that helped us build this company. We told the industry that the old model, with high desk fees and brick-and-mortar overhead and splits that didn't make sense, was not the future. People said it wouldn't work: too different, too risky, too far ahead of the market. They said that about a lot of things we've actually done. And every time, we've been right to bet on the future instead of the past.
And that's not just a nice story about our history. That's who we are. We're the leader in the industry. We are the disruptor. And this morning — yes, clap for that. And this morning, I want to talk to you about what that means right now. Because this next disruption in the industry is not coming from real estate at all. It's coming from artificial intelligence. And the question in front of all of us is simple: Are we going to lead it, or are we just going to wait to see what everybody else builds? Here's what everyone's doing in the industry right now. They're building another AI assistant, their own chatbot, in their own walled gardens, with another login that agents are supposed to learn, adopt, and live inside of. I even heard one has my name.
Wendy Forsythe 1:54 ↗
Yeah, that's true, Leo. One does have your name. I'm really glad that we have the real Leo, though. Aren't you guys? As Leo said, every company in this space is asking the same question right now: How do we build the best AI assistant? Well, you guys, we've asked a better question. Why are we asking agents to change their habits at all? You already have an AI assistant that you trust. Maybe it's Claude, maybe it's ChatGPT. You've probably even given it a name. You use it every day. You write listing descriptions with it, you think through negotiations, you answer a client's question at 11:00 at night. You didn't need us to give you that. You already found it yourself.
So, here's what we built instead. It's called MCP, and starting now, it connects the AI that you already use directly into all of your eXp systems and data. Your production numbers — yes — your leads, your transactions. Connecting your AI of choice into the hub, my eXp, eXp University, your CRMs, Cisu, Canva, all of it, reachable right inside the AI that's already open on your phone and on your computer. No new app to download, no new login to remember. You ask a question, you get your answer right where you already are. Want to see how it works?
Leo Pareja 3:30 ↗
All right.
Narrator 3:32 ↗
Your business runs across a lot of systems. The last thing you need is another one. What if you could bring it all together in a tool you already use? The AI you already use, now connected directly to eXp. So, instead of searching, you ask. MCP first, AI of choice. We're building the future now.
