First of all, we would like to thank the President for taking the time to attend and provide guidance at the National Coordination Meeting on inflation control and the acceleration and expansion of regional digitalization, which was held in conjunction with the annual meeting of Bank Indonesia. I would also like to express my appreciation to the Governor of Bank Indonesia, the Coordinating Ministry for Food, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Regional Governments. Thanks to strong coordination and synergy, we have been able to maintain Indonesia's inflation within the target range, and the acceleration and expansion of regional digitalization have had a greater impact and improved regional governance. Respected Mr. President, Ministers, Heads of Institutions, Governors, Regents, Mayors. Fundamental projections and positive economic growth trends in 2026. This is indicated by the increase in public consumption, according to the Mandiri spending index, which reached 312 in November. This is the basis of the figure, in Preswold at 300. Then the increase in investment from January to September was IDR 34 trillion, or a growth of 13.7% year on year. And of course, in the future, the role of investment and intermediaries will begin to be felt. Then, the acceleration of government spending realization as of November 24, ministry and agency spending of 11.109 trillion and the president's priority programs of 213 trillion. From a monetary perspective, throughout 2025, Bank Indonesia has cut its benchmark interest rate by 125 basis points, Mr. President. So the BI rate fell to 4.75% and this encouraged business credit and spending. Let's give a round of applause to BI. We are grateful that inflation was recorded at 2.86% year-on-year in October. Controlled within the national target range and this is influenced by the consistency of BI's interest rate policy and the government's fiscal incentives in addressing inflation expectations. With these indicators, almost all growth risks in 2026 have been managed and absorbed this year. So, Mr. President, all the risks that will emerge are already priced in, already included in the interest rates and prices, including the rupiah, this year. So for 2026, what we see is an upside risk, Mr. President, with a baseline of 5.4% in accordance with the State Budget. So we hope and are optimistic that next year will be better than this year. Mr. President and distinguished guests, inflation can be successfully controlled this year through synergy of fiscal, monetary, real sector policies, and regional coordination. For that, we give applause to the Minister of Home Affairs. Optimization of local currency transactions with six partner countries, Mr. President, namely Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, South Korea, and the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, the value reached 20.19 billion in October to October 2026 2025. Optimization of Kris. Kris is used by 58 million consumers and 40 million merchants. Compare that to a credit card, it's only 18 million, Mr. President. And Kris can be used in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea and is being tested in China and Saudi Arabia. In addition, the low-cost market movement until November 21 has been implemented more than 11,000 times. The rice distribution activity stabilizes food supplies by 624,000 tons and will still distribute 8,375,000 tons. Food aid to 18.3 million people in the form of 10 kg of rice and 2 liters of cooking oil per month. And of course this helps hold back price increases in October November. The increase in food production through KUR financing and agricultural machinery has reached 86 trillion rupiah as of October, Mr. President. The MBG program covers more than 44 million children and also ensures that farmers' production is increasingly absorbed. The latest economic stimulus, such as the BLT Kesra discount of Rp900,000 for 35 million beneficiary families for 3 months, was allocated a budget of Rp31 trillion. The internship program for 100,000 participants for a 6-month program with a disbursement of 1.37 trillion. As of September 30, 67% of the budget allocated by ministries and agencies to control inflation had been implemented, or 67.24 trillion rupiah, and the realization of the prepared fiscal budget of 99 trillion rupiah continues to accelerate. Mr. President, happy ladies and gentlemen. Furthermore, the policy program for accelerating and expanding regional digitalization has significantly boosted the digital ecosystem, with 501 regional governments, or 91.8%, having a digital ecosystem by the first semester, as indicated by the dominance of crises and e-banking, amounting to IDR 75.3 trillion in regional tax and levy revenues. Digitalization efforts continue to drive a shift in people's behavior patterns towards online and cashless shopping. Until September, non-cash transactions reached 642 trillion and increased compared to last year by 20.3%. In addition, the realization of non-cash income and expenditure of local governments also increased. Mr. President, some of the things the government continues to do include expanding digital channels, including Indonesian credit cards. This Indonesian credit card is widely used by local governments. Then, the expansion of signal services, especially in the 3T region, using fiber optic and low earth orbit technology. Strengthening regional development by providing functions as a regional general cash account bank and expanding incentives for the community to improve the quality and compliance of the community. Strengthening single-data-based coordination, including tax or data interoperability between central and regional governments, such as motor vehicle ownership data, PBB object data, and matching NIK with NPWP and regional NPWP. After that, we will witness the announcement of the winners of the TPID Award and the 2025 Digital EH Championship. And we hope that the President's next directive is that the regions that receive this award will be given fiscal incentives, Mr. President. So, please give me some direction, Mr. President. I've already asked the Minister of Finance, but I've already asked about the amount of funds available. It's not too big, Mr. President, approximately 786 billion divided. So, this incentive represents the government's appreciation or support for local governments that have maintained price stability and encouraged regional digitalization. So, Mr. President, please give me further instructions. Thank You. Peace be upon you and Allah be upon you.
