Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, first of all, we would like to thank Mr. President for taking the time to be present here and to give directions for the acceleration of regional development, which is conducted in conjunction with the annual meeting of Bank Indonesia. I also would like to appreciate Bank Indonesia, the Coordinating Minister for Food, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Finance. Thanks to the synergy of those ministers, the inflation of Indonesia can be maintained within the safeguards. And Mr. President, honorable ministers, governors, the economic growth of Indonesia is quite positive this year, and this is shown by the increase in public consumption according to the Mandiri Spending Index that is about 312 in November. And the basis of this figure is the threshold at 300. Then, the increase in investments up to September is 1,400 trillion, or a growth of about 13% year-on-year. And the investment role will be on the rise. The realizations of government spending per November 2025 is 109 trillion, that is the spending of ministries. And then from the monetary aspects, throughout the year 2025, Bank Indonesia has cut 125 basis points, the BI-7DRR rate down by 4.7%, and this encourages the business sector. And we are thankful that the inflation is about 2.6% year-on-year in November. So the inflation is put under control, and this is influenced by the consistency of the BI interest rate policies and also the government fiscal policies in expecting the economic growth. So this means that the risks have already been absorbed. So Mr. President, all the risks that will come up have already been absorbed and already been included for this year. So in 2026, what we are going to witness is upside risks with the baseline at 4.5%. So we are expecting that next year the condition will be better than this year. Mr. President, distinguished ladies and gentlemen, inflation this year can be controlled through fiscal and monetary policies, and also thanks to coordination, thanks to regional coordination. And for this, we need to give an applause to the Minister of Home Affairs. The optimizations of local currency transactions with six partner countries—China, Malaysia, Japan, European Union, and Arab countries—about 90-something billion up to November 2025. And the optimizations of QRIS is used by 85 million consumers and 40 million merchants. Compared to credit cards, it's only 48 million. And QRIS can be used in Malaysia, Thailand, and is now being tried out in China and Saudi Arabia. 11,000 activities, distribution of rice 624,000 tons, and another 870 tons will be distributed. Food aid to 11 million people and cooking oil 2 liters per month, and this will help to curb price increases. In October, increase food production with people's micro credit and agriculture equipment up to October is projected to 82 trillion. And the free nutritious meal and the agricultural production and economic stimulus like transportation discount provided 900,000 rupiah for 35 million household beneficiaries, and the budget was 31 trillion. And the internship program for 100,000 participants for 6 months and the program with a budget of 1.3 trillion rupiah up to 30 September. The expenditure of ministers and agencies that were tagged for inflation control was already implemented 67% or 67 trillion, and the fiscal realization prepared were 99 trillion rupiah was continued to be accelerated. Mr. President, distinguished guests. Subsequently, the program for local digitalization has encouraged the local digital ecosystem significantly. 501 local governments already have a digital ecosystem, shown by the domination of QRIS and e-banking by 75 trillion. And in local revenues, the digitalization continues to drive the shift of the community shopping habit to online, 62 trillion, and increasing compared to last year 23%. In addition, the realization of non-cash expenditure of the local government also increases. Several aspects conducted by the government, among others, expansion of the digital channel including QRIS and the Indonesia Credit Card. This is used mostly by the local government. And then expansion of signal services, especially in remote areas with the fiber optic technology and also with other orbit technology. And also strengthening local development with the local cash account and expansion of incentive for community to improve quality for the public. And strengthening coordination based on one data, including tax or interoperability of data between the central level and local level, like data on ownership of vehicles and data of property tax and matching of ID card number and tax identification number at local level. After that, we will witness the winner of the TPID awards in 2025, and we hope for the direction of the president. Regions which receive awards, please, Mr. President, give them fiscal incentives. So we hope for the direction from Mr. President. Earlier, I already asked the Minister of Finance, and the fund is available. The amount is some 86 billion rupiah. So this incentive is an appreciation for the local government who have maintained price stability and promote local digitalization. So that's all, Mr. President. We await your direction. The winner of the TPID best performance of regency and city category 2025 is represented by the Palimang City. The winner of the TPID high achievement in the province category 2025 is represented by Java. Categories and winners of TP2D 2025 championship: The winner of best regency category of TP2D 2025 is represented by the Regency of East Lombok. The winner of best city category of TP2D 2025 is represented by the City of Tangerang. The winner of the best province category of TP2D 2025 is represented by the Province of East Java. Categories and recipients of Bank Indonesia Awards 2025: Under the monetary area, the winner of the banking category supporting conventional monetary control for the country, the category of banking in supporting Sharia monetary control for the country, and the banking as driver of Indonesia's monetary transmission effectiveness category is represented by Bank Indonesia. The winner of corporation supporting Indonesia's external stability with the best foreign debt management or ON category is represented by Pertamina Patra Niaga. The winner of the category of banking in supporting money and foreign exchange market or PUVA development for the country is represented by Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero. Now, as far as payment system area is concerned, the winner of the best participants of BI-RTGS, BI-SSS, and BITP system category, best Bank Indonesia and national clearing system or SKNBI and national blacklist management office participant category, best participant category is represented by BPD Bali.
