Don't show your temper or your frustration or boredom or any other emotion on the bench. And what it means, I think in leadership is don't raise your voice, ever, unless you intend to raise your voice to make a point. Just stay calm, focused, solid message. Be honest. People can rely on what you say and understand that you're telling the truth whether it's pleasant or not.”
