Patrick Costello, principal of Evolve MGA, discussed the company's approach to cyber insurance in a November 2025 interview. In a separate appearance from March 2024, Costello, identified as a TD, addressed the humanitarian crisis in Palestine. He attributed the situation to what he described as "man-made starvation caused by the deliberate actions of the Israeli government." Costello stated that his objective at an upcoming European Council meeting was to secure conclusions calling for an immediate ceasefire, the release of hostages, and the supply of food, medicine, and electricity to Palestinians in Gaza, as well as a two-state solution. He noted that the European Union acts unilaterally on common foreign and security policy and that a small number of countries could block conclusions.
