Hello everyone. You've just seen how technology can transform your home into an intelligent companion. But this is just the beginning. For decades, care has been reactive. We see problems and address them only after they arise. Now, Samsung aims to redefine care by integrating intelligence across our ecosystem: phones, appliances, wearables, and connected devices. Our vision is to shift from reactive care to proactive care, from fragmented experiences to unified intelligence, and from responding to issues to anticipating and even preventing them. We call it intelligent care: technology that understands your context, identifies potential risks, and acts before issues arise, and supports you seamlessly across everyday moments. Welcome to the future of intelligent care.
First, let's start with the future of self-care. It is essential to manage care holistically, as it's shaped by many of our daily habits: sleep, exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness. In today's world, technology is deeply embedded into our lives, but has yet to address some of the core challenges in health. At Samsung, we believe there's so much more we can and must do. Imagine a future in which your mobile phones, wearables, and appliances immediately understand your health goals and help you take small steps to reach them. Through Samsung Health, our goal is to provide personalized health coaching to help everyone focus on four building blocks that are vital to our health: sleep, physical activity, nutrition, and mental health. This is the foundation of connected care.
We also aim to help identify the potential signs of developing chronic conditions, including heart health, brain health, musculoskeletal, and metabolic health. For example, cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death globally. For many, unfortunately, it's a silent killer. To help people understand and address this risk, Samsung Health will work to provide visibility into heart health indicators using metrics such as vascular load, blood oxygen, ECG, and more. But we want to go beyond identifying health concerns to help everyone engage in preventative activities that improve health. That includes coaching programs that provide daily insights and guidance to improve sleep, fitness, and more.
And let's say abnormalities are identified based on your health metrics. With Samsung Health, you'll be able to receive personalized coaching to support healthier habits such as eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and engaging in regular physical activity. And you can even connect with healthcare providers on the app, which is already available.
Now, Samsung will also suggest healthy meals based on ingredients already in your refrigerator. Personalized recipes that take into account your blood glucose data and the meals that you have logged. And at the end of a long day, Samsung can help you sleep better. You can relax before bed by easily adjusting lighting and temperature, listening to soothing music, following a simple guided meditation, or listening to sleep stories, all on Samsung Health.
Speaking of sleep, if you're like me, how much sleep you get significantly impacts your energy levels and mood. So, our sleep coaching programs will help improve the quality and regularity of your sleep. Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Ring will monitor your sleep stages and determine an optimal bedtime based on your circadian rhythm. And by working with your air conditioner to adjust the temperature, you can be sure to wake up rested and refreshed.
Samsung will also help monitor vital signs and help alert you to deviations from your typical patterns it may detect, and if needed, help connect you virtually with a doctor.
As we look ahead, Samsung is investing in game-changing partnerships to make personal data and care go hand in hand. This includes our acquisition of Zelty announced last year, which seamlessly brings data to your doctors through a single 360-degree platform with faster response times, deeper insights, and better preventive care. It's a truly new era for data-driven health and wellness.
So from sunrise to sunset, Samsung Health will work tirelessly to empower you to thrive. But intelligent care isn't just about the individual. It's about families, too. Many of us with aging relatives worry about their cognitive health. Unfortunately, signs of cognitive change often surface quietly, long before symptoms can become apparent. It could be subtle shifts in daily habits, small changes in sleep patterns, or speech cadence that can easily go unnoticed. So, we asked: can everyday devices uncover meaningful behavioral trends earlier, naturally and without disruption? To be clear, our aim isn't diagnosis or prediction, but just supportive awareness.
So in the future, we envision analyzing data from Galaxy devices to help identify early signs of cognitive change, so that individuals and families can choose when to seek professional guidance and plan care strategies that extend well-being. This is a feature to be released in beta in select markets.
At Samsung, we partner with experts to deliver insights that complement professional evaluation. Grounded in science, our work focuses on providing clarity and confidence, as increased awareness can make a meaningful impact. The future innovations I've shared with you today reflect Samsung's vision for technology that cares for you. By understanding your unique daily routines, anticipating your needs, and helping to protect the people you love, we can bring comfort, confidence, and support into every moment. Thank you.
